A few oil spots, smells like a factory
Had to exchange them the first time cause there were some black oil spots on them. The second pair still had a couple of little spots, but not super noticeable so I can't be bothered bringing them in again. When you open the box the chemical, factory smell hits you like a wall. They're very pretty shoes but these kinds of things remind you that the price you pay is a huge markup from the price they manufacture them for.

Thanks for your review! In terms of the oil spots, could you please send a picture through to our customer service team? We'd love to make this right for you as this shouldn't be happening and we want you to have shoes that are in perfect condition upon purchase :)

In terms of the factory smell - we're so sorry about this but it can't be helped. Many of our shoes are hand made, and all shoes need to be coloured using certain chemicals. The smell however wears off very quickly once it's out of the box!
