If you're not happy with your online purchase, we happily offer a full refund or exchange (including sale items) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns via post

If you're not happy with your online purchase, we'll happily give you a full refund or exchange (including sale items) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please do not attempt to send anything back to us without following this process. Make sure you have your tear off returns slip handy, find this at the bottom of the invoice you received with your order. If you no longer have this slip, please contact our customer care team here.

If you were logged in to your online account when you made your order, please log in to your account again now as it is quicker and you will have more clarity over the return process. Within your account go to "My Orders", find your order & click on it, press the "Return" button and enter all the relevant information.

PLEASE NOTE: All items must be returned to our Distribution Centre in Auckland, New Zealand and return postage is covered by you, the customer.

• It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return depending on your location and which postal service you use. We recommend sending your parcel on a tracked service. All returns remain the responsibility of the customer until received by our Distribution Centre.'

• Afterpay orders can only be returned for a refund, not an exchange. You will be refunded the amount already paid, with any future payments being adjusted or cancelled.

• Please note, care products are a final sale and cannot be returned.

• All refunds are processed via the original method of payment and will be processed within 2 working days of receipt of your order. Please allow up to 5 working days for your bank to process the refund.
