How do I return an item purchased using Afterpay?

COVID-19 Update:

Our Distribution Centre is remaining open to process returns during the Victoria lockdown. Additionally, to make things easy for you, any purchases made from 23rd June 2020 onward will have an extended returns period until 31st August 2020. Our return centres in Merchant 1948 stores are closed until Thursday 20st August or until further notified. Please note, there may also be some delays in receiving returns to our Distribution Centre. We will work hard to process these as quickly as possible.

If you’ve changed your mind, we’ll happily give you a full refund or exchange within 14 days of your purchase – simply return your item to any of our return centres with proof of purchase. Sale items are a final sale (no refunds) although we do offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please note we're unable to accept returned items if it has been worn or damaged after purchase. Please note, Afterpay orders are only valid for return and cannot be exchanged.

Distribution Centre
If you are unable to get to one of our return centres, you can also post your order to our Distribution Centre, along with this returns note, your invoice or proof of purchase.
Return postage is covered by you, but we will not ask you to pay for shipping again if you choose to exchange your order for a different size or style. If we can’t provide you with an exchange, we’ll issue you with a full refund. All refunds are processed via the original method of payment and will be processed within four working days of receipt of your order.
